This promotional documentary is basically an unimaginative concert movie about the days leading up to the 16-year-old Justin Bieber's appearance at New York's Madison Square Garden (MSG as they call it in showbiz) interspersed with home movies of his Canadian childhood and the lad larking and praying backstage with the team of men and women for whom he's a gourmet meal ticket. He has precocious confidence and a certain anonymous talent (most especially as a drummer), and I'd describe his songs as unmemorable were it not that his adoring fans, virtually 100% female, sing along to them all.
