She breathed a sigh of relief when Dawn Holland dropped her assault charges, but now Lindsay Lohan is once again in danger of going back to jail.
The ?Mean Girls? actress was involved in a physical altercation last month at the Betty Ford Center, and police are investigating if she did, indeed, commit assault.
According to Gossip Cop, Lohan was ordered not to break any laws as part of her probation; hence this incident would effectively violate the terms.
Meanwhile, Ms. Holland, the suspected victim of LiLo?s rage, is also in hot water for violating confidentiality rules and leaking information about Lohan to the press.
